This role will play a critical part in supporting employee experience, compliance, talent operations, and organizational growth within a luxury fashion environment.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or luxury industries.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
