About the role

  • Compile and review month-end reporting packages, including journal entry binders, reconciliation binders, financial statements, and supporting documentation for management review.
  • Prepare and distribute critical financial and operational reports, including AR aging, overdue account reporting, deduction tracking, and daily sales dashboards.
  • Assist with year-end and budgeting activities, including inventory reconciliation, 1099 preparation, CMF reporting, and loading budget/forecast financials into OneStream.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end close process, including preparing/posting journal entries, loading financial data into OneStream, and ensuring all financial records are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare and maintain account reconciliations (AR, GRIR, customer deductions, and other assigned accounts), researching and resolving outstanding items.
  • Manage key Accounts Receivable functions, including cash application, customer account reconciliation, collections, past-due follow-up, pricing variance resolution, and deduction analysis.
  • Support audit and compliance activities, coordinating with internal and external auditors and providing requested financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, or equivalent years of experience and certified training.
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills is required.

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of related accounting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with OneStream is preferred.

Compensation

  • $55,000 - $75,000 annual salary
