As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead daily warehouse operations by: Supervising warehouse associates, material handlers, and delivery drivers.
Ensuring materials are available to support fabrication, service, and construction teams.
Working closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
Coaching, training, and developing team members while promoting accountability and engagement.
Lead with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Experience managing shipping, receiving, logistics, and material staging.
Experience operating material handling equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Experience in HVAC, construction, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial distribution.
Forklift certification.
