Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth campus operations, including managing correspondence, official documents, and confidential records.
- Design, implement, and refine administrative processes to improve workflow efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop, compile, and analyze operational and statistical reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, departmental projects, and enterprise priorities.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- The Campus Support Coordinator serves as a pivotal partner to campus leadership, ensuring operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and the seamless execution of administrative functions.
- This role supports campus leadership through exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- 3+ years of customer service, operations support, or related experience Required
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively
Nice to have
- PC skills in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database Experience with Student Information Systems a plus
Compensation
- In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $28.18.
