Responsibilities
- Experience in application support in the financial markets
- Customer-facing skills - to be able to hold one's own in discussions with demanding front office users and experience managing third-party suppliers
- Process excellence - a passion to achieve results through effective organization, process disciplines and maintain effective business partnerships with peer support & operations groups
- Help maintain an information repository of application support material that can be accessed by support resources
- Perform weekend application upgrades, configuration and patching across multiple environments in line with requirements and procedures
- Maintain regular communication with the client base to provide status updates, successful solutions as well as documenting all activities for future reference
- Perform DevOps tasks e.g. service migration, monitor setup
- Perform housekeeping for server disk issues and review the housekeeping job to improve the automated solution
Requirements
- Must be able to interact and work well with traders, back-office personnel, vendors, the futures business and other IT teams

- FX IT is currently made up of staff based in Hong Kong, London, New York, Guangzhou and Toronto.
- The Bank's primary FX trading platforms are built in-house.
