Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to faculty and staff.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Facilitate training and development plans on a variety of human resources topics and maintain records of participation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in human resources or related field and 4 years of experience.
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to balance complex issues.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong communication skills- Clearly conveys information (verbal and written) with and to individuals or groups to ensure information is shared and that messages are understood.
- Target Compensation Maximum:

Compensation
- $52,993.00 Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
