About the role

  • The right candidate will be comfortable navigating both individual and large-scale cases, including federal court litigation.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage employment law and class action cases, from intake through resolution.
  • Collaborate with co-counsel on large-scale class actions and independently manage smaller matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Maintain high professional and ethical standards consistent with firm values.
  • Autonomy to manage significant matters, with support from experienced co-counsel where appropriate.
  • Provide legal analysis, strategy, and recommendations to clients and partners.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
  • Ability to independently manage complex cases and move them forward efficiently.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice in New York (required); admission to New Jersey (preferred, not required).

  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • $110k-$150k
