About the role
- This position works directly with the Women's Program Staff to provide supervision of client's daily activities along with assisting of clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Support treatment team in conflict management
- Set and maintain professional boundaries with residents and peers
- Support treatment team during the intervention of behavioral issues using the Behavior Modification System
- Maintain open communication with supervisor's and peers
- Attend team building and training activities as assigned
Requirements
- This position requires experience with drug and alcohol recovery, as well as a working knowledge of the homeless population.
- In addition, The Residential Coordinator must be comfortable with conflict resolution, multi-tasking, and taking initiative in decision making.
Skills
- New resident intake/orientations
- Completed appropriate logs, bed counts, and security reports
- Maintain and distribute program rosters as directed
