About the role
- Company Description Configure Consulting We specialize in Staff Augmentation and Consulting Services across HP Software, VMWare, EView Technology and other IT Operations vendor portfolios.
- And, oversees the daily and long-term strategic management of software and hardware within the organization including planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses and hardware assets to ensure compliance with contracts.
- Establish policies, processes and procedures for inventorying, tracking assets, and reporting on information technology related assets.
Responsibilities
- Audits and develops records and databases containing license, warranty, and service agreements information for TSC's hardware and software.
- Design process for performing inventories and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all
Requirements
- Experience in interpreting licensing terms and conditions.
- Experience in IT Asset Management and discovery tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Nice to have
- Remedy or Service Now experience is a preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use proven problem-solving approaches to most solutions preferred
