About the role
- Utilize available technology and identifying enhancements to process, data or usages which in turn facilitate efficient and scalable practices.
- Knowledgeable in reward practices - specifically business partnership, benchmarking, career structures etc.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as job architecture, market pricing, pay structures, and incentive design.
- Lead or support compensation workstreams for broader HR or business initiatives (e.g., reorganizations, acquisitions, workforce transformations).
- Develop recommendations supported by data, cost modeling, and risk considerations.
- Partner with Finance and HR to manage budgeting, cost implications, and approval workflows.
- Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support global compensation practices.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to enable collaboration with all levels of the organization and the ability to synthesize technical material into easily understood language
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and situations with professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
- Other related projects as required.
- Minimum 2 years of compensation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Human Resources or a related area.
- Be Collaborative: Excellent communication skills to enable collaboration with all levels of the organization and the ability to synthesize technical material into easily understood language
- Be Detail Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
