Requirements

  • Drive improvements to the forecasting process through rigorous analysis using historical data and in-depth knowledge of the business, changing the forecast model to meet business needs as required.
  • proficiency in English is necessary due to frequent interactions with pan-Canadian English-speaking partners.
  • An advanced level of spoken and written English is required.
  • Please note that an adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Nice to have

  • Three (3) plus years of relevant experience in demand planning and/or supply chain.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) actively using an ERP system in a supply chain environment
  • SAP IBP is a strong asset.
  • University degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical and planning tools (Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex or challenging situations.

Compensation

  • $84 600$ to $127 000 ( Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
