Responsibilities
- Develop deep fluency in the workflows, roles, and business challenges of the teams you support.
- Build enablement programs end-to-end - product training curricula, sales kick-offs, negotiations and contract best practices, capability workshops and more - with a primary focus on Sales & Marketing and Staff organizations.
- Build scalable toolkits, templates, and playbooks teams can use independently.
- Partner with SMEs, vendors, and speakers to source and deliver high-quality content.
- Communicate and promote programs and resources to drive awareness, adoption, and impact.
- Collaborate with the broader L&D team and adjacent Business Enablement tracks to keep solutions aligned and consistent.
- Agility and comfort with ambiguity; you reprioritize quickly and deliver at pace amid constant change.
- Experience managing vendors and external training partners to deliver scalable programs.
