About the role
- We're looking for our first dedicated Revenue Systems leader, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.
- You'll play a critical role in defining how we operate-owning Salesforce, GTM tooling, automation strategy, data architecture, and the systems that power revenue growth.
- Our ideal candidate is strong across all areas of revenue operations but is a superstar in Salesforce, GTM systems, automation, and AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own, administer, and scale Salesforce as the system of record for the revenue organization
- Design and manage the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring tools operate as one connected system
- Build AI-powered automations and workflows that eliminate manual work and improve team efficiency
- Establish and maintain data integrity across systems, workflows, and reporting
- Build the analytical foundation that supports forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
- Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and operational insights
- Design and automate processes for commissions, territory management, and account enrichment
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies that improve GTM performance
- Experience building agentic workflows and production-grade AI automations
Nice to have
- Comfortable working with SQL and distributed data sources
- Experience with automation and integration platforms (n8n, Workato, Zapier, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications
- Previous people-management experience
