Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and develop team members while supporting ongoing professional growth.
- Manage surgical schedules to maximize efficiency while maintaining exceptional patient care.
- Partner with Sterile Processing and Materials Management to support efficient case flow and on-time starts.
- Promote evidence-based practice and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across clinical and operational departments to improve communication and patient outcomes.

- Lead & Develop High Performing Teams
- Provide staffing support as needed based on licensure and operational requirements.
- Drive Clinical Quality & Patient Safety
- Maintain compliance with AORN standards, AAAHC accreditation requirements, OSHA regulations, and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of five years of leadership or supervisory experience in a perioperative or surgical services environment.

Nice to have
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an orthopedic, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), or hospital setting preferred.
- Knowledge of AORN, AAAHC, CMS, and other applicable regulatory standards preferred.
- Experience driving quality improvement and operational excellence initiatives preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required for RN candidates.
- CNOR or other perioperative specialty certification preferred.
Compensation
- $110,400.00 - $165,600.00
- Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
