About the role
- Troubleshoot issues across networks, systems, and endpoints
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
- Windows-based infrastructure (with some Linux exposure)
Responsibilities
- Build and support the infrastructure behind flight operations.
- This role is less about helpdesk support and more about owning the systems that keep the organization running.
- Maintain and support the core IT infrastructure across the organization
- Manage networks, devices, and system access across operational teams
- Support and maintain environments used by internal applications (ERP and related systems)
- Manage user access, devices, and system configurations
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes
- Work closely with developers to support application environments
- Identify and implement improvements to increase stability and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Experience managing systems, devices, and access control
- Ability to troubleshoot across multiple layers (network, system, device)
- Experience or interest in:
Nice to have
- Experience supporting application or development environments
- Familiarity with virtualization or cloud platforms
- Experience with endpoint management / MDM tools
- Exposure to regulated or operational environments (aviation, industrial, etc.)
- Work across both operational teams and software systems

- Exposure to a custom-built ERP platform and evolving tech stack
