About the role

  • Provide technical leadership and serve as the escalation point for complex laboratory informatics, software, integration, networking, and cybersecurity issues across North America.
  • Coach and mentor field service engineers and field applications specialists in informatics troubleshooting, technical problem solving, and issue resolution best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems, networking infrastructure, virtualization platforms, databases, or cybersecurity-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support software implementations, upgrades, migrations, analyzer integrations, and customer onboarding activities while ensuring adherence to standard work and quality requirements.

  • We develop innovations for scientists by scientists, with many of our 3,300+ global colleagues coming from the laboratory.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Sitecore, JSON Script, VBscripts or API's.
  • Life Science informatics, automation, flow cytometry, or cell analysis solutions.

  • This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

Compensation

  • The annual salary range for this role is $140,000.00-$150,000.00.
