Responsibilities
- Perform IT Support services to users Use of a ticketing system to manage support queries Maintain documentation and comply with rules and guidelines of the organization Adherence to strict change control procedures
- Full-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt Atlas Technica's mission is to shoulder IT management, user support, and cybersecurity for our clients, who are hedge funds and other investment firms.

Requirements
- must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- and the ability to work around machinery and material handling equipment.
