Responsibilities
- Lead highly complex, cross-functional product initiatives spanning engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, data, and external partners, driving clarity and execution in ambiguous environments.
- Identify systemic risks across digital asset markets, capital access, and on-chain/off-chain operations, and proactively design mitigation strategies supported by data, tooling, and operational processes.
- Partner closely with data science and analytics to define forecasting, modeling, and decision-support systems for digital asset flows, liquidity optimization, and capital efficiency.
