5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer (or equivalent real-world experience)
Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working independently in a contract or freelance capacity
You have strong visual taste and an intuitive sense of what resonates with audiences
You can take a loose brief and turn it into polished, on-brand creative

Deep proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite
After Effects is a plus
Experience designing for performance marketing or conversion-focused campaigns
Illustration skills, motion graphics experience
$50-$100/hour, depending on experience and skills
