About the role
- Provide daily direction and technical assistance to their foremen and hourly personnel.
- Take responsibility for mentoring new foremen.
Requirements
- Overview The successful candidate must be able to manage up to five (5) trade foreman and seventy-five (75) tradesmen.
- Be responsible for the administration and execution of associated work paper (i.e. SWSS, TGI's, ER's, UNSATS, Test Forms, NCRs, etc.) Support area SUPT's where trade expertise is required.
- Candidate must be willing to work all shifts and overtime as required.
- High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of supervisory experience in trades, manufacturing and/or the military 3+ years of experience in trades, manufacturing, and/or the military Experience with planning, construction, manpower and testing activities
