Responsibilities

  • You build relationships naturally with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and the team.
  • You maintain Tracksuit's reputation as an incredible place to work.
  • High care, high performance culture: Big ambitions, real support.
  • Be the first: You'll be building Tracksuit's People presence in the Northern Hemisphere from the ground up.
  • Own full cycle recruitment for US and UK roles, from job posting and sourcing through to interviewing, negotiating offers, and drawing up contracts.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, create compelling job descriptions, and coach them on consistent, high quality hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future talent through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and community channels.
  • Manage the local officer experience, creating a space thats welcoming, inclusive, and full of good energy.
  • Support compliance with local US and UK laws and policies.
  • Continue to build our employer brand that's engaging and appealing through events, social media, partnerships, and other initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience with onboarding design or people operations: or a genuine enthusiasm for it.
  • Comfort with AI tools: you actively use AI to work smarter, whether that's sourcing, screening, drafting comms, or streamlining processes.
  • You know that most candidates won't get the role, and you treat every single one of them with respect and care.

Skills

  • A proactive, creative approach to problem solving and process improvement.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms: Ideally Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruitment tools.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience recruiting in both the US and UK markets.
  • Existing network in the US tech, startup, or marketing communities.
  • Familiarity with HiBob, or similar HRIS platforms.
