About the role
- The position is located in-person in New York, NY.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant experience in the field and be able to meaningfully contribute to the group on Day 1 with little hands-on training.
- The Analyst will have the opportunity to work directly with Managing Directors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis
- Develop financial analysis and models
- Support creation of client proposals and presentations
- Manage data room and coordinate due diligence process
- Recruit, supervise, and develop Interns
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 12 months of relevant prior experience required, preferably in Services/Technology
- Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential
- ability to analyze and value businesses
- Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently
- Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment
Nice to have
- business, economics, finance/accounting majors preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
Compensation
- Alantra's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is a base compensation band of $80,000 (Min) - $90,000 (Max).
