About the role

  • The position is located in-person in New York, NY.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant experience in the field and be able to meaningfully contribute to the group on Day 1 with little hands-on training.
  • The Analyst will have the opportunity to work directly with Managing Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis
  • Develop financial analysis and models
  • Support creation of client proposals and presentations
  • Manage data room and coordinate due diligence process
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop Interns
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • 12 months of relevant prior experience required, preferably in Services/Technology
  • Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential
  • ability to analyze and value businesses
  • Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
  • FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment

Nice to have

  • business, economics, finance/accounting majors preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation

  • Alantra's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is a base compensation band of $80,000 (Min) - $90,000 (Max).
