Support test and evaluation planning and execution for software releases and updates.
Perform detailed data analysis related to system performance, reliability, and sustainment metrics.
Develop and deliver training materials, user guidance, and technical documentation.
Lead and mentor technical personnel supporting Agile development, code maintenance, and system enhancements.

Active DoW SECRET Clearance required at time of hire.
18 years of hands‑on experience supporting software development and maintenance projects/programs.
Demonstrated broad experience applying Agile software development methodologies.
Must possess experience in three (3) of the following five (5) areas:

Recognized technical expert with a history of leadership in information technology solutions.
Experience within Navy NIWC, NAVSEA, or related DoW technical organizations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at senior levels.
Proven record of supporting modernization efforts, complex engineering solutions, or enterprise‑scale sustainment activities.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
