- Conduct regular 1:1s, set career development plans, and provide clear feedback.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you'll lead and grow a team of engineers, drive architectural decisions, and remain hands-on in building robust, scalable, and secure systems.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers (5-10).
- Work closely with Product, Executive Leadership and other stakeholders to define and deliver product features.
- Collaborate with other tech leads to set long-term engineering direction and system design.
- Background with domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, or microservices.
Requirements
- Experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js.
- Experience with NestJS and PostgreSQL.
- A strong understanding of design patterns and architectural thinking
Skills
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and Terraform.
Compensation
- The opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup that's designing and developing an exciting category
- The anticipated annual salary for this role is approximately $180,000 - $200,000K, pending final budget and candidate qualifications.
- This role does not have any variable compensation.
- The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.
