About the role
- Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/.
- Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI.
- Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps.
Responsibilities
- Drive productivity across Agent Development: Identify what's slowing the team down, build metrics to measure it, and ship changes that increase productivity.
- Drive adoption through pilots and usage tracking, and program-manage cross-functional initiatives with Agent Dev contributors.
- Standardize how Agent Development operates: Define, document, and maintain the playbooks and SOPs the team uses day to day, for both internal and external processes.
- Leverage AI to scale Agent Dev: Identify manual, repeatable work across the team and build AI-native tools and workflows to create operating leverage.
- Build feedback loops from the field: Capture what's working (and what isn't)across Agent Dev and feed that signal back into onboarding, SOPs, playbooks, and tooling.
- Own onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement: Build and improve the onboarding curriculum, ramp plan, and ongoing enablement engine.
- Strong analytical rigor, with the ability to build metrics and frameworks that make team productivity and ramp progress measurable.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment, with the ability to independently structure open-ended problems and drive them to resolution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted partner to Agent Dev leadership.
- Technical fluency and coding comfort: you've built apps or internal tools before and can confidently use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to create production-ready internal solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar role at a top-tier or high-growth technology company.
- Experience designing onboarding, training, or ramp programs and a track record of turning ad hoc practice into a documented, repeatable process.
- Ability to run projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders who don't report to you.
