Complex Problem Solving: Manage high-ambiguity projects requiring coordination across multiple departments (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
Data Leadership: Define KPIs that matter for a business unit and use them to drive prioritization.
Tech-Minded Partnership: Partner with engineering leads on technical trade-offs and understand the software development lifecycle.
Mentorship: Mentor and develop other team members.
Identify and lead ongoing product discovery efforts to build a "Discovery culture".
Work across multiple products to create new opportunities or reduce risk.

Reliable internet access is required.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
5+ years of product management or comparable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using highly quantitative methods.
Proven history of product results and leadership.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage complex, multi-squad dependencies.
Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time.

$119,872 - $150,000 (annualized)
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.

This is a full-time, remote position.
