Responsibilities
- This role combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership to minimize downtime improve asset performance, and support production objectives.
- Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
- Lead OPEX projects and support in CAPEX projects
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA)
- Maintain process documentation (SOPs, workflows, standards)
- Maintain a regular floor presence to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
Requirements
- Final candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.
