About the role

Responsibilities
- FOR ACTS VEHICLE DRIVING: Hold a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record insurable by our insurance carrier and able to drive a 15' box truck / van.
- This senior-level position provides advanced advocacy and crisis intervention services to survivors of sexual and domestic violence and their families, including performing intakes, crisis intervention, support sessions, hotline responses, hospital, police station and court accompaniment, and maintaining client records and statistical data relevant to victims of sexual and domestic violence.
- In addition to direct client service responsibilities, this position serves as a lead advocate within the program by mentoring staff and volunteers, assisting with case consultation, supporting program development initiatives, coordinating community partnerships, and representing ACTS within multidisciplinary community collaborations and prevention efforts.
- Provides mentorship, guidance, and support to advocates, interns, and volunteers May assist with onboarding and training new staff and volunteers Assists leadership with case consultation and program coordination activities May serve as lead advocate during assigned shifts or in the absence of program leadership

Skills
- Proficiency or ability to learn new software systems FOR PERSONAL VEHICLE DRIVING:
- Hold a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, current auto insurance, and daily access to a vehicle.
Compensation
- $53,857.37 per year ($1000 additional per year for bilingual capability in English and Spanish, French or Arabic and $1000 additional per year for additional graduate degree of value to ACTS.)
