Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for a portfolio of smaller partner accounts while supporting senior Account Managers with larger accounts and ongoing partner needs.
  • Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to monitor outstanding balances, communicate with partners regarding payment issues, and help escalate collection concerns when needed.
  • The Junior Account Manager role is a mix of account management, sales support, customer service, operations, and user experience functions, all of which are vital to the success of Audicus.
  • This role will manage a portfolio of smaller partner accounts while supporting the Account Management team with order processing, accounts receivable follow-up, onboarding activities, account setup, and partner training.
  • We'll show you the ropes, but we're ultimately looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and is excited to help build our brand through exceptional partner support and account management.
  • Provide day-to-day account support: Serve as a primary contact for a portfolio of smaller partner accounts while supporting senior Account Managers with larger accounts and ongoing partner needs.
  • Support accounts receivable efforts: Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to monitor outstanding balances, communicate with partners regarding payment issues, and help escalate collection concerns when needed.
  • Manage office equipment & inventory: Oversee hearing aid equipment, supplies, and inventory for the NYC office, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability.

  • $55,000 - $65,000
