About the role
- Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment.
- We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three times per week.
- The Decisioning team is a group of full stack engineers focused on making the experience of using Alloy more and more "advanced" over time.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features and projects using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
- 5+ years (or for the Senior 2 role, 8+ years) of hands-on experience in developing production-ready software, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in steering both front-end and backend technical projects, prioritizing tasks, defining requirements, and facilitating productive discussions within the team to drive informed technical decisions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in client-side technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/React), HTML/CSS, as well as server-side proficiency in Python (Django), enabling seamless development across the entire stack.
Compensation
- In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package.
- The Senior Software Engineer 1 position has a base salary range of $166,000 - $209,000.
- The Senior Software Engineer 2 position has a base salary range of $198,000 - $250,000.
