About the role
- The Men's Basketball Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator reports directly to the Men's Basketball Head Coach and provides coaching assistance and support to all aspects of the program, with particular focus on the recruitment of prospective student-athletes.

Responsibilities
- Build the Men's Basketball team through the identification and relationship cultivation of potential Men's Basketball recruits.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Men's Basketball Head Coach and Vice President, Athletics & Recreation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of basketball coaching experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA compliance policies and procedures
- Excellent administrative, organizational and proven ability to recruit prospective student-athletes.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and travel as needed.
- 3-5 years of collegiate coaching experience.
