About the role
- UAT is seeking an outgoing and motivated sales professional to connect and coordinate Perimeter83 and UAT's offering to organizations and individuals seeking rental space.
- Perimeter83's products are technology-focused and include industry services contracts offered by the institution, co-working, certificate, and specialized business-to-business training, short-term rental of UAT's spaces and supporting services.
- Development activities further include identification and development work that links Perimeter83 and UAT to technology grant opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, community involvement, and lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community groups, and industry partners.
- You show excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- You maintain trustworthiness, confidentiality and are discreet.
Requirements
- working in-person at the Tempe, AZ campus is required when not involved in the community.
Nice to have
- You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university - preferred, not required.
Skills
- Essential Skills Modules are scheduled on the job, allowing for learning, working, and implementation.
