Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by regularly sweeping, disposing of scrap materials, and clearing walkways and workstations of debris
- Assist in moving and staging raw materials, parts, and tools within the machine shop to support production workflows
- Deliver and retrieve materials and components from storage areas or other departments
- Help maintain tools and equipment by ensuring they are properly stored, cleaned, and ready for use
- Provide general support to operators by assisting with setup, part loading/unloading, and other tasks as needed
- Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors or team leads
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by supervisor per CBA and company policies

Requirements
- Must have high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
