- Today we have 6 practices across Palm Beach, Broward, and Jacksonville.
- This role reports to the Director of Growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and Scale Bluebird's Event Growth Channel
- Develop and execute a strategy for owned events and community event participation to drive new patient acquisition
- Identify and scale successful programs while discontinuing those that do not deliver results
- Design, Test, and Launch New Programs
- Drive Performance Through Data and Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track key performance metrics including attendance, lead generation, lead quality, new patient acquisition, and cost efficiency
- Quickly identify root causes of underperformance and implement solutions
- Build Systems, Playbooks, and Training
- Create event playbooks, toolkits, training materials, and operating procedures that can be scaled across markets
- Develop systems and resources that empower Community Outreach Coordinators and other field teams to execute successfully
