About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize Tableau to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize Tableau PrepFlow to create/enhance, efficient & scalable data pipeline.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across various data sources.
- Optimize existing data processes and workflows for efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- Proven experience in using Tableau for data visualization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights.
Nice to have
- Preferred Skills: Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
Skills
- Strong expertise in, Tableau Prep Flow & Tableau Desktop for data preparation, data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep Flow, SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in, Tableau Prep Flow & Tableau Desktop for data preparation, data visualization and dashboard creation.
Compensation
- $100k-$125k
