About the role

This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
Mentor junior data engineers and provide guidance on best practices in data management and visualization.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize Tableau to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Utilize Tableau PrepFlow to create/enhance, efficient & scalable data pipeline.
Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across various data sources.
Optimize existing data processes and workflows for efficiency and performance.

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Proven experience in using Tableau for data visualization.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights.

Strong expertise in, Tableau Prep Flow & Tableau Desktop for data preparation, data visualization and dashboard creation.
Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep Flow, SQL and experience with relational databases.
Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
Experience with NoSQL databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in, Tableau Prep Flow & Tableau Desktop for data preparation, data visualization and dashboard creation.
