Responsibilities
- The BREIT Strategy & Management Senior Associate will work closely with the BREIT team to support the management of all aspects of BREIT, including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Supporting the execution of BREIT's Delaware Statutory Trust ("DST") program, including transaction coordination, structuring considerations and collaboration with Private Wealth and distribution partners
- Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
- Blackstone seeks to deliver compelling returns for institutional and individual investors by strengthening the companies in which the firm invests.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail

- 7+ years of relevant experience; Real Estate Investing, Real Estate Fund Management or Investment Banking preferred
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic record; Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive in a highly collaborative environment with dynamic responsibilities and direct exposure to senior management
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Strong work ethic, professional integrity and a positive, results-oriented attitude
Nice to have
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Real Estate Investing, Real Estate Fund Management or Investment Banking preferred
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic record
- Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred
Compensation
- $160,000 - $200,000
- Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
- For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
- Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
- Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
