Responsibilities

  • The BREIT Strategy & Management Senior Associate will work closely with the BREIT team to support the management of all aspects of BREIT, including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting the execution of BREIT's Delaware Statutory Trust ("DST") program, including transaction coordination, structuring considerations and collaboration with Private Wealth and distribution partners
  • Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
  • Blackstone seeks to deliver compelling returns for institutional and individual investors by strengthening the companies in which the firm invests.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail

  • 7+ years of relevant experience; Real Estate Investing, Real Estate Fund Management or Investment Banking preferred
  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic record; Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative environment with dynamic responsibilities and direct exposure to senior management
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Strong work ethic, professional integrity and a positive, results-oriented attitude

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Real Estate Investing, Real Estate Fund Management or Investment Banking preferred
  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic record
  • Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred

Compensation

  • $160,000 - $200,000
  • Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
  • For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
  • Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
  • Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
