Hold and conduct regular Gemba and Kaizen team meetings to communicate issues, identify areas to improve throughput, efficiencies and track actions required to meet improvements
Minimum 3 years electronic assembly experience or equivalent in manufacturing of other products
Good computer skills: experience in using an ERP or MRP is a definite advantage
familiar with MS Office suite is required
High School diploma or GED required or two to five years of related work experience. Post-Secondary Degree, preferred
Successful supervisory or leadership experience.

US Citizen or lawful permanent resident or a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act is required
Basic soldering and quality inspection skills with reference to IPC standards is preferred

Comfortable with Excel

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $64,000-$90,000 USD per year.

A Manufacturing Supervisor is a key partner in Creation's customer focused model (CFT) as they are responsible for leading a dedicated assembly team on the back-end production process and executing on commitments.
