- As Director, Marketing Data Science, you'll own the measurement strategy that determines how Zocdoc invests in reaching patients and providers.
- Your work will directly shape how we allocate marketing resources across B2C patient acquisition, B2B provider marketing, lifecycle, and brand - ensuring every dollar drives measurable impact on our mission to give power to the patient.

- You'll define what a rigorous, unified marketing measurement function looks like at Zocdoc - then build it.

- Personally motivated by solving hard measurement problems where the right answer requires building new methods, not just applying existing ones.
- The kind of data scientist who builds models, not just reviews them. You want to be hands-on with MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing - not managing from a distance.
- Genuinely curious about the frontier of marketing measurement. You follow how the field is evolving (privacy changes, signal loss, new causal inference approaches) and have informed opinions about what actually works.
- Energized by building something new. You'd rather define what "good" looks like for a measurement function than optimize an already-mature one.
