Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and harden Windows devices using Microsoft Intune
- Support the rollout and adoption of Windows Hello for Business, including troubleshooting and operational support
- Manage iOS and Android devices through Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device restrictions
- Implement and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and VPN solutions
- Manage update rings and compliance policies to ensure systems are fully patched and protected against vulnerabilities
Requirements
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in End User Computing or Endpoint Configuration Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Hello for Business
- Strong understanding of Windows 11 security, operating system hardening, networking concepts such as 802.1X and Wi-Fi security, and vulnerability management
