Responsibilities
- Deliver periodic reporting to business unit COOs and CFOs, with thorough trend analysis that surfaces the "so what," not just the numbers.
- Partner daily with the compensation team, corporate finance/accounting, and department leaders to keep plans and actuals aligned.
- Review your own work rigorously before it leaves your desk, and proactively flag issues, risks, and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.
- A clear communicator who builds relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to senior executives.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in FP&A or accounting (public or private)
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Sound judgment and the willingness to take responsibility for decisions.
- Compensation:
- Expected Annual Base Salary $95,000 - 115,000
- Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance. Compensation
- Expected Annual Base Salary $95,000 - 115,000
- Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
- In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
- Own the analysis behind the annual budget process and the monitoring and reforecasting throughout the year for your assigned businesses.
