- This role is an opportunity for current employees to grow into a leadership position within our Residential Program.
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the home, supporting and supervising DSP staff, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered consistently and safely.
Responsibilities

- The House Manager serves as both a direct support professional leader and a key point of coordination for an assigned home(s).
- You will also provide direct support to individuals, promote community engagement, and help ensure each person is supported in achieving independence, choice, and meaningful life goals.
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Staffing Provide supervision, coaching, and support to DSP staff Handle staff call-outs and coordinate
