Responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive Director on interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Build a supportive, high-performing culture where clinicians feel valued and connected to their purpose
- Observe sessions and safeguard documentation to maintain clinical standards and compliance
- Own clinical KPIs - patient retention, program completion, outcomes, and length of stay
- Partner with the compliance team to maintain CARF and state regulatory readiness
- Resolve patient concerns quickly and thoughtfully to maintain high satisfaction
- Partner with HR on smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Lead organization-wide clinical trainings to elevate team skillsets
- As Clinical Manager, you'll own the daily administration and clinical quality of CCG's services, partnering closely with the Executive Director to drive both team performance and patient outcomes.
- Build community partnerships that strengthen referral networks and visibility
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements
