Responsibilities
- Our mission is to create a safer, more sustainable and productive world.
- Comprehend and document requirements from multiple stakeholders and conceptualize solutions.
- Develop deep understanding of current systems and processes and analyze impact of changes as new solutions are introduced to the environment.
- Collaborate directly with business owners, sales, QA and development teams.
Requirements
- Ability to forge relationships with various business and technical team members and managers.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- 3+ years' experience as a business analyst or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year in a technical role which requires technical thinking and converting technical aspects into requirements.
- Must be able to qualify and maintain clearance to work on a U.S. military installation.
- Experience in AGILE environment with constantly changing goals, timelines and resources.

- Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Demonstrated understand and proficiencies in Microsoft Office suite including and Visio.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of working time
- Technical understanding of Web based applications, relational databases, and EDI technology is a plus
- Experience working with Department of Defense is a plus.
Compensation
- $77,000.00 - $123,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan Commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
