Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure.
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Manage backups, system updates, and security patches.
- Maintain documentation for network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Support end users and work with vendors when needed.
- Our client is seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable network performance, system availability, and security.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewall administration.
- Experience with Scale Computing HyperCore (HC3) virtualization platform.
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
- Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewall administration.

- The ideal candidate will have experience administering network environments, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and maintaining virtualization platforms.
- Understanding of network security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is a plus.
