About the role
- We're looking for a motivated, early-career sales professional to join our team as an Associate Account Executive.
- You'll play a key role in introducing clients to ATD's offerings while gaining hands-on experience in a consultative sales process.
- The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is the premier membership organization for professionals in the learning and talent development field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support pipeline development and deal progression
- Maintain and manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
- How to build and manage a sales pipeline
- How to partner with senior sales professionals on complex opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- 3 years of sales experience or an undergraduate degree in sales & marketing who is eager to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
