About the role

- Experience working as a product designer.
- You'll prototype quickly, ship polished UI in TypeScript, and obsess over the small interactions, micro-animations, and visual details that separate good product from great product.
Responsibilities

- We hire fewer people, ask each to own the outcome, and pay on impact - not tenure or experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a frontend or design engineer with Typescript expertise.
- You are equally comfortable in Figma and in code, and you have a high bar for both.
Compensation
- Equity: aggressive initial grant + annual performance-based bonuses
- Base salary: $175K to $275K
