- Job Overview Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Perioperative and/or Procedural (Cath Lab, EP Lab, Endo) Nursing SME to join our team.
- Additional Information - Travel: Able to travel 50-75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead execution of OR and procedure room process improvement.
- Conceive new data analysis methods, coach colleagues on methods and execution, draw insights from complex datasets, and create strategic narratives for senior management teams.
- Support and assist in client Preference Card Optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications/Licenses: Current/Previous Registered Nurse.
- Skills and Competencies

- Additional Information
- Travel: Able to travel 50-75% of the time.
- At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,000-$210,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.

Compensation
- The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,000-$210,000.
