About the role

This role goes beyond project execution - it requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in construction management, BAS/HVAC systems, and organizational leadership.

Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple BAS construction projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and client requirements.
Own project portfolio performance - scope, budget, schedule, and quality - and deliver monthly financial and milestone reporting to senior executives.
Collaborate closely with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and serve as primary point of escalation.
Evaluate and approve engineering designs, technical submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
Standardize best practices across projects to drive efficiency and quality in delivery.

7+ years of experience in construction project or program management, ideally in BAS or MEP environments.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-value, multi-phase projects.
Strong business acumen with experience in financial oversight, reporting, and resource planning.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and financial tools.
OSHA 30 certification obtained within the past two (2) years is required.
If certification is not current or has not been completed, OSHA 30 training will be provided and must be successfully completed within the first week of employment.
