About the role
- As the VP of Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships at Feastables, you will be accountable for setting long-term direction for the consumer goods division and translating that into actionable growth initiatives.
- It requires close alignment with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to move from concept to scaled execution.
- Define and align leadership on a 3-5 year consumer goods strategy with clear growth pillars and investment roadmap
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a repeatable innovation pipeline from concept through validation and launch
- Develop and prioritize international expansion strategy, including market sequencing and entry approach
- Own business and relationship management for all consumer goods partnerships
- Assess, structure, and manage partnerships including licensing and co-branded initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership on capital allocation and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with operational leaders to transition new concepts into scaled execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, operations, and finance
- Hire and develop strategic talent as the function scales

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, consumer goods, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and define new organizational capabilities
Nice to have
- Experience in global consumer brand expansion (preferred)
