About the role
- We're hiring Senior Product Managers to join our founding PM team.
- As we enter our next phase of growth, we're focused on productizing solutions that solve complex customer problems at scale.
- We're looking for PMs who bring structure, ownership, strong customer intuition, and a builder mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development from discovery to launch - partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship impactful, high-quality solutions.
- Own your product area end-to-end: customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, \iteration, and commercial outcomes.
- Define and track success metrics - using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.
- Build an internal feedback flywheel with customer success and support to continuously surface and act on customer intelligence.
Requirements
- Must-Have 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of success in high-growth, scrappy environments.
- Excellent communication - you can write a crisp PRD, present to a CTO, and run a customer discovery session with equal confidence.
- Strong-to-Have Experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience shipping AI-powered or LLM-powered features to production.
